Check out EXPOSURE

Greetings to you, from yours truly, El Cosmico. There's a new, potentially cool show coming on the Sci-Fi channel tonight at 10pm, Eastern time.

Going by the name of "Exposure", it's going to basically be a showcase for short science-fiction related films, and will feature interviews with filmmakers as well.

Tonight's feature will be Tim Burton's first film, "Vincent". Now, I've never seen it, but according to the good old IMDB, Vincent Price narrates a story about a kid who "dreams of being just like Vincent Price and loses himself in macabre daydreams which [annoy] his mother". Hey, sounds good to me.

Future films to be featured on this series will include... "More" the Oscar-nominated short from Mark Osborne, THX-1138-4EB from George Lucas, the student film that was the basis for the full-length THX-1138, and "original shorts from new filmmakers from the U.S., New Zealand, and France."

Well, the way I see it, more rarely seen film on TV is a good thing, as long as they're actually good films. We'll just have to watch and see, eh? In the meantime, go check out the EXPOSURE website.
