GET SMART getting smarter!

Hey folks, Harry here... there's been some rumbles of some sort of fuck over going on between Warner Bros and GET SMART creative geniuses Buck Henry and Mel Brooks. Something about them being furious at how little they were being offered, etc etc etc... BUT - Today - ink went to paper and cash went to banks - and Mel Brooks and Buck Henry have been officially signed on as creative consultants on the GET SMART movie with Steve Carrell and Anne Hathaway. In fact - Carrell has already shot one joke scene that Mel Brooks wrote for his character in this film. With more to come, apparently from both Mel and Buck. This is, of course, very good news to all of us lovers of Control and the missions that Maxwell Smart and 99 go on.
