More NY Licensing Show SPIDER-MAN Coolness... Wait'll ya get a load of this!!!

Hey folks, Harry here... Here's some more coolness from the wonderful land of the New York Kitten... each image another reason to return... sigh... But alas, not yet. MAN! How much do you want to see this movie? They certainly know how to make it look good. I was talking to a fella the other day that has seen Goblin in Glider stuff and said that it is scary as hell the way it looks in motion... Nightmare inducing... ME WANNA SEE NOW!!!! OH well, not long till that trailer in front of FINAL FANTASY eh?

Hey Harry,

I've just been to the Licensing 2001 show at the Javits in NY, in my capacity as a lowly employee of PODGallery, a company that produces cool prints of comic book properties (Steve Rude and Jim Woodring on site, EC Comics, Sienkiewicz, Eisner and Kurtzman coming soon!). We are at PodGallery.Com Anyway (end of plug) the Sony stand had a fairly limited amount of Spidey promo, mainly large displays, with three main persons. One you already have, another enclosed.

There was a glass case featuring a webshooter and a pumpkin bomb (pics didn't come out...), the latter was a gorgeously designed intricate palm-sized affair; which means the Goblin will probably be pitching them like baseballs, which makes sense for high altitude handiness.

The other glass case (the pic did come out) was of a maquette for one of the set designs, accompanied by a card that identified it as "Balcony Scene".

I can't wait!

Simon
