Director of Akira to team with Dreamworks for an Animated Film?!??

I got some hot news in the guise of a note signed simply "a friend". Is this SUPERMAN?!?!?!?!!? The news was about a 3rd animated film to come from DreamWorks SKG feature animation, its looks like its going to be a sci-fi japanese anime style film...apparently they had the director Katsuhiro Otomo who co-directed Akira over. And Jeffrey K was trying to convince him into directing it!!!! However it is not a done deal... It seems though that Otomo seems impressed with the studio and that he would strongly consider it..
