Greetings, trailer trackers! ROBOGEEK here with two for the price of one!

Apple's illustrious QuickTime Movie Trailer team has posted a couple new previews for the betterment of mankind, so I thought I'd share the links with ya.

First off, we have a 2:20 trailer to AMERICA'S SWEETHEARTS, for which we've posted a couple reviews this past week.

Maybe it's just me, but in addition to pretty much giving away the entire movie (WHY DO THEY DO THAT?!?!), this trailer has that icky "Touchstone Pictures" feel to it, if you know what I mean... though I suppose this should come as no surprise, given it comes from director Joe Roth's Revolution Studios (but is being distributed by Sony/Columbia).

Also: we're supposed to believe that android Catherine Zeta-Jones is "America's Sweetheart" (i.e. a famous movie star)... but Julia Roberts is just her average, anonymous sister?

Huh?

However, the film does have John Cusack, Stanley Tucci and Christopher Walken, so it's gotta be better than Revolution's first release, TOMCATS.

AMERICA'S SWEETHEARTS opens July 20th. (FYI, the trailer is posted in "autodetect" mode, so the resolution you get will depend on the connection speed you've reported in your QuickTime preferences.)

. . .

Now, then... I've got some good news / bad news / good news...

The good news is that we have a brand new trailer for JURASSIC PARK III.

The bad news is that - at just over a minute in length - it's little more than an extended version of that first 45-second TV spot that aired during the SURVIVOR II finale on May 3 (and appeared on AICN less than an hour later, I might add).

The good news is that you can now grab it in gorgeous high resolution QuickTime (a 24MB full-screen behemoth is coming sometime this morning)... and that the trailer denotes the film's PG-13 rating is for "INTENSE SCI-FI TERROR AND VIOLENCE."

KICK-ASS!!! YES!!!
