Well you guys... HOBBIT is going to start filming in Sydney from December to March according to our Aussie spy. What does this mean? Well, could mean a Christmas 1998, but if Scott's A&M page is right (look it up for yourself :) ), then I would say it is most likely Summer 1999. Which would mean, SUPERMAN LIVES, STARBLAZERS and THE HOBBIT. It's unknown who the director is, but good money is on Peter Jackson with Saul Zaentz allegedly producing. I've been hearing word that models and cgi has begun, so Tolkien fans prepare... Your long wait is just beginning.
