THE CORRUPTERS

Our spy A B Chaplin (obscure reference at that) with some info on the THUNDERBIRDS film. Something a bit odd actually. I thought the point of a THUNDERBIRD film was to do it live action, but ... oh well take this with salt.

Oh, yeah, some information about the up and coming Thunderbirds film, they could be making it with CGI (Computer Generated Images). The actual Thunderbirds will not be the Baldwin brothers + someone else, as previous said. They may have the same 'walk' as the sixties series, but they will be computer generated...... I may be working on the Thunderbirds this summer, because of script revisions, which have caused delays... It would be very cool, wouldn't it?.. The director is the person who directed the recent The Borrowers film.

Now I have the Prequel Rumors this A.B. Chaplin has for us. But before I address some of the news, I'm gonna set up a spoiler warning with the standard countdown. Then I will discuss this 'rumor'.

First, he says here that C3-PO does not appear in Episode One, I do know that Threepio does make an appearance, but very very briefly, and it will be with R2D2. So if that is... in error, take the other news with salt...

My name shall be A.B. Chaplin... I have some important news for you, concerning the Star Wars prequels. I have learned, through a friend that worked on them, that C3-PO will not appear in the first of the new trilogy. He will in fact appear in Episodes II and III. R2-D2 will appear solely in the first film.

I also asked him whether there are people like the 'Stormtroopers' as I thought they were very stylish and cool looking. He told me that instead of the 'Stormtroopers' there will be skeletal-insect like 'Troopers'. This sound quite cool, but he ouldn't show me any pictures. The people who are doing the make-up effects for the films are not Rick Baker et al. they are in fact the people at the British company Pigs Might Fly. The creatures are supposed to look better, more original, and more realistic than in the Cantina scene from Episode IV.

A.B. Chaplin.
