Well Tom Joad, that traveling Okie, sent in the following pics from behind the scenes of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN. Yeah, the Spielberg, Hanks, Matt Damon war film. Apparently these gems are in the current FANGORIA, which soothes the savage beast inside me for gore. I highly recommend a monthly injection for you 'wet-lovers'. Simply no other magazine has the balls to print what this magazine does. It's killer. Anyway, as you can see this ain't the regular run of the mill Spielberg film, and when that President of Marketing at Dreamworks told me this was the most graphic depiction of war ever... well... she just might've been telling the truth. Wouldn't that be a shocker... Well, given the D-Day sequence is 45 minutes... you can expect some carnage. This was a day unlike any other in war history, and to think that Spielberg is going to capture it, the horror of war, unflinchingly... well, I just hope he does it justice. The script is superior. And we did have that report from the 'half-man' talking about all the work he had on set. Be ready for a grisly war....
