So here is the latest from the set of Star Trek 9 from our on site spy, Billy Bob, head of all Talosians...
Just wanted to pass on info handed down to me from someone who REALLY is on the ST9 set....
-- Shooting for the Library scene only lasted a little over a day
-- For the last week or so they've been shooting "filler" scenes in corridors, turbolifts, Sick Bay, the Transporter Room
-- Engineering is the same, with LaVar's office pushed out in the left wall section (complete with "Data's Closet").
-- The Bridge is the same except for a new viewscreen. [ooohh]
-- Picard's Ready Room has no bathroom this time round [I guess he's gonna have to "..wait untill they get there"]
-- They converted the Captains Ready Room on Voyager to Riker's SPA [ummm hmmmmmmmm]
-- The Carpentry people didn't build they corridors long enough so it cause some "minor" problems in filming scenes [typical labor folk]
-- Location filming starts somtimg next week in Sherwood Forest [I took this as a compliment] near Woodland Hills CA
-- Mathew Leonetti IS the Director of Cinematography yet again
-- Rosmary Cremora is the 2nd AD [JEffy Fleck is 1st AD]
-- They shoot the Banquet scene on Wednesday...
-- The Banquet Hall is a redress of the Observation Lounge/Briefing room of Voyager
-- Everyone's happy to be back at work again
-- No silly stories or anything.... just the usualy funny faces during filming
