Hey folks, Harry here... While those rascals at the French Premiere site have been busy getting that EVOLUTION trailer up and on their site, they also decided to put the French version of the 2001 rerelease trailer up for the world to see. My understanding is the U.S. trailer is the same, only with different narration and type... BUT folks, when you get done looking at that, take in the original 1968 trailer for 2001 at SciFlicks.Com's 2001 page and do a comparison. This new trailer really kicks some ass... but the original had more of a sense of foreboding doom and expectation. Kind of like the differences between the original STAR WARS trailers and the Special Edition trailers... they pump up the sound, cut faster and give you a ton of money shots. Which do you prefer?
