Hey folks, Harry here with a report from the UK about an interview that Anthony Daniels just gave on the BIG BREAKFAST. He dishes a few details about upcoming shooting and the preparations... and some more... Here ya go...
Hey Harry, Darthnagus here with some news on Star Wars Ep 2 news from this morning's Big Breakfast here in the UK - Anthony Daniels was there promoting Sky TVs showing of all 4 Star Wars films this month.
He was escorted into the house by a Stormtrooper and Boba Fett, and talked briefly about his experiences shooting Episode 4.
Now...onto Episode 2...Daniels said he's not yet finished shooting scenes, he has to go back and film scenes that George (Lucas) is still writing. It's happening at secret location...he says it's not Leavesden, Elstree, Pinewoord etc...so none of the usual guesses.
He also gave a glimpse of C3POs new look - he brought out an Oscar-like model one of the costume department had made for him on set, and was C3PO, looking about halfway between he does in The Phantom Menace and A New Hope. Most of him is totally covered. but in scrap metal, looking very dirty and rusty. His right leg is entierely without coverings and looks like it did in Episode 1. Other small portions are also uncovered. It looks pretty cool, even though tis a model.
