Hey folks, Harry here with Mr Bongo's follow up report on OCEAN'S 11! Seems that Mr Bongo decided to exploit the one thing that a film geek can always count on to exploit from a film crew.... Their willingness to get smocked through mug after mug of brew. Now, here's what the blurry-eyed head-pounding spy Mr Bongo could remember through the haze of alcohol...
Hey Harry,
Follow up on the Earlier Report for those Non Believer's, Mr. Bongo got on set about an hour after they wrapped today, the deal is as follows, the scene that was shot today was this,.........George Clooney and Matt Damon shot a scene at Emmit's Irish Pub.
Location as earlier reported was Grand Ave and Milwaukee Ave just west of Halsted St.
Location Shooting in Chicago is DONE. Next Stop Florida. Where you say........
Well, Since I just happen to be holding the Call Sheet in My Hand is as follows.

and I was happy to do it..if for no other reason just to show you that Mr. Bongo is on the Beat............ The location is great.... A typical Irish pub in the city. Matt's character is named Linus yes! you got that right Linus! and of course as you already know... George is named Danny. the call sheet for the shooting in Chicago began on Feb 18. spent on the el...the elevated train for those goofs who don't know the city.
i was able to bend the ear of a couple of the crew....who i rather not name for the small chance it will get them in trouble. i do however have there names. if you or any of the other Mooks who think this might be a bunch of B.S. I'd be happy to send you the call sheet via fax this week for you to enjoy. i found it if you can believe it!
on the street in front of the pub. i also can send you the directions from the location department. everyone i talked to said the cast especially Clooney were class acts all the way. i hope you enjoy this info. and Know This! as good as Capone is you don't always need him in there swinging his Bat to get the Info You Need.
Mr. Bongo is on the Beat.
Best Regards,
Mr. Bongo
