Hey folks, Harry here... Imagine... You are working at your desk... Behind you your window with a 20 story view of the city of New York. You've been going at it for 3 - 4 hours straight. You lean back in your chair... rub your eyes.... stretch a bit... your jaw pops... Your reach up to massage it... You turn around in your chair to look out the window and suddenly.... You're staring at Spider-Man atop a water-tower right out your window! CAN YOU IMAGINE? I just got back from New York... right outside my 10th floor window was one of them Water Towers.... If I had seen Spidey on it, I would have dropped a load and ruined a pair right there. It makes sense that they would be having stuntmen in Spider-Man costumes out with 2nd Unit shooting exterior shots. Glad to hear it... I just hope they get the vapor coming out of ducts and all that authentic New York glory. Man I wish I was in New York right now!
Harry,
Voruka here writing from New York City....
I was so happening to be taking my lunch break at work today (2/14) when I looked out the window only see SPIDERMAN on a rooftop right across the street. Now at first I thought it was some wacko, then I saw lighting guys around the superhero so I knew I was witnessing something that had to do with the movie. Now I saw someone dressed as SPIDERMAN and a few people taking pictures of him on top of a water tower on 27th Street between Park Avenue South and Lexington Ave. Who ever was in the costume was pretty scared of heights, at many times he covered his eyes and held tightly on to a man who appeared to be possibly a second unit director. It looked like it was possibly some test pictures, maybe location scounting (I haven't heard of any planned filming here yet),I'm not quite sure but the costume looked cool, just like the one in the early publicy stills.
Lovin' in a elevator
