Hey folks, Harry here with some good news on the PUNISHER fan front. Seems that my sources nanobot spy I placed on Avi Arad's lapel pin at the SPIDER-MAN press conference has finally reported back with some new news regarding the latest in the world of Marvel Comics to Film.

One of the best Comic-to-Screenplay screenwriters has been picked up to write THE PUNISHER movie for Artisan. His name? MICHAEL FRANCE. Now those that follow scripts that should have been made into movies as written are well familiar with Michael France's work on both THE FANTASTIC FOUR and THE INCREDIBLE HULK.

What makes France such a wonderful screenwriter in the process of adapting comic properties? I believe, having read his scripts, that it comes from a genuine love and respect for the medium. He attempts to at all times be true to the source material while also making the inherrent changes necessary in taking a medium from the illustrated story to the cinematic form.
