Greetings, my friendly otaku! ROBOGEEK here with your first look at Hayao Miyazaki's forthcoming work of genius, SEN TO CHIHIRO NO KAMIKAKUSHI (which, literally translated, means "A Thousand and Chihiro Spirited Away").
In a nutshell - according to the good folks at the Miyazaki Web (aka Nausicaa.Net) - the film is a fantasy-adventure set in modern-day Japan focusing on a young girl named Chihiro. When her parents are transformed into pigs, she must embark on an adventure into the Land of Spirits to return her parents to human form.
Anyway, a couple weeks ago a 45-second teaser for the film was broadcast on Japan's NTV during the television premiere of Miyazaki's MONONOKE HIME ("Princess Mononoke"). This teaser is now available online via Nausicaa.Net in a decent MPEG1 version (3.9 MB) and a really crappy Windows Media version (1.9 MB) - while a QuickTime version is apparently coming soon.

Also, I highly recommend checking out the fantastic "illustrated summary" of the "Breathing Life Into Drawings" TV documentary about the making of SEN TO CHIHIRO NO KAMIKAKUSHI (which aired on NHK last summer): http://www.nausicaa.net/miyazaki/sen/breathing.html
Thanks to the entire gang at Nausicaa.Net for making all of this coolness available online!
