Well folks, looks like we can pretty much count on seeing these names scribbled down as the Actors and Actresses that will get nominated for The Academy Awards as the SAG nominations are usually the most accurate and closest look at the candidates that will ultimately be nominated for their work as actors and actresses in Feature Films today. My happiest nomination is to see Benicio Del Toro nominated as an ACTOR and not Supporting Actor for TRAFFIC... It is my belief that he is the Leading Role in that film, no matter what anyone says. The saddest nomination that didn't happen was that Erika Christensen was not nominated for her role as Caroline Wakefield, the daughter of Michael Douglas' character in TRAFFIC... As well as no nomination for Michelle Yeoh for CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON and the lack of nomination for Vanessa Paradis and Daniel Auteuil for GIRL ON THE BRIDGE... but those are just personal choices that I don't expect any Awards give out by a voting body to acknowledge... they are just picks of mine... Here's SAG for ya.... Thanks to The Swan for the heads-up
