Alright folks, Harry here... I want to disarm a situation that could get out of hand. IFILM has a cute little column that they do that is about 'alleged' intercepted e-mails that bring us shocking details about the most inside thoughts of Hollywood. THESE EMAILS ARE NOT REAL!!! Do not get distressed by this junk. The latest one is an alleged story about how some AOL executive is planning on releasing FELLOWSHIP OF THE RINGS in to theaters, but the 2nd and 3rd films be turned into 6 one hour TV specials. THIS IS UNTRUE. FICTION. B.S. I have received about 50 jittery emails from scared LOTR fans that had these 'alleged' emails forwarded to them as being real... And there are no disclaimers on their site. This is a parody piece that someone writes at IFILM and not genuine. At no point was STAR WARS EPISODE 2 being discussed as an R rated film. (As one of their earlier 'scoops' told) And James Brolin was never discussed as being a host of the Academy Awards. So cease writing me about this, and calm down... this particular iceberg is not real.
Harry,
You've probably already heard, but check out this news break at Ifilm:

If Fellowship of the Ring is successful, I highly doubt this will happen, but it still kind of sucks.
