Hey folks, Harry here with an update from our man Sean at Harryison Ford Online, who tells us of an article in THE HINDU which purports to say that M. Night will be deciding this week whether to write INDY 4 or not. Which basically means... if he were to begin work on it immediately, it would be... at the soonest, the film after MINORITY REPORT for Spielberg... but most likely it would end up being 3 films (at least) away. Here's Sean....
Hi, Harry
Sean here from Harryison Ford Online. I hope all is well.
In an interview with The Hindu this weekend, the parents of The Sixth Sense & Unbreakable writer/director M. Night Shyamalan told reporters that their son will decide this week whether or not he will write the 4th film in the Indiana Jones saga.
From the interview...
So ask them, if Manoj (Hollywood calls him Night and his parents, Manoj) is writing the fourth sequel to ``Indiana Jones'' for Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. ``He will decide this week''. ``Indiana Jones'' Harrison Ford, Spielberg and Lucas want him to write, but he has a problem. ``It is a sequel. He always wants to write original stuff''. It is this sheer originality that struck gold for Manoj.
