Stay tuned though folks, this looks to be a promising as can be project... both of the articles he links to are really good. Check em out!
Hi, Harry
Sean here from "Harrison Ford Online" (harrisonfordonline.com ) . I hope all is well.
I wanted to show you two articles about the upcoming Harrison Ford/Liam Neeson thriller "K-19: The Widowmaker."
What will you find in these articles? Well, first, it is reported that the 1st quarter of the Intermedia Films production is moving from the planned Montreal to now Toronto.
Second, the shoot in Toronto starts February 19, 2001 and will last 55 days before moving on to other locations, such as Florida, Russia, Iceland and Norway.
The production for the Kathryn Bigelow directed film has a modest budget of $60 Million. That's modest by today standards.
What's not mentioned in either of these articles is that "K-19: The Widowmaker" will be Harrison Ford's 2nd independent film since 1997. His last one was the summer blockbuster "Air Force One." That presidential thriller was produced by independent Beacon Communications.
This article can be found at: www.canoe.ca
You can find this 2nd article at MontrealGazette.Com .
I wanted to mention that the 2nd article I was made aware of by Shaila of .
That's it, Harry. Please take care.
:)
