Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I think Arnold Schwarzenegger having fun is a good Arnold Schwarzenegger to see on the big screen, so I'm happy that this faux-doc comedy about a bunch of dipshit assassins trying to take him out exists.
My only issue with the below trailer is that it seems like the funnier joke would have been playing this as a bunch of killers going after the real Arnold Schwarzenegger instead of a newly created character that spouts off Arnold Schwarzenegger's lines and acts 99.8% exactly like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Of course this is all knee-jerk reaction from 2 minutes of footage, so the finished film could be completely awesome and work just fine, but I gotta admit I cringed a little bit every time Gunther would reference Terminator or his Predator lines whereas if it was Arnold playing himself as a heightened real life badass I could see that tipping into dark humor instead of wink-wink fan service.
