Hi LOBO here is something about the movie "Vampires; Los Muertos"..
Jon Bon Jovi will hunt "Vampiros" in Mexico. Rocker Jon Bon Jovi is in Mexico City, rehearsing his role as a vampire killer in the upcoming movie "Vampires: Los Muertos", produced by legendary filmmaker John Carpenter, and to be directed by Tommy Lee Wallace ( IT and Halloween III ).
The film, a sequel to the successful Carpenter film "Vampires" starring James Woods and Thomas Ian Griffith, will also count with young mexican actor Diego Luna, who will portray one of Jovi's allies to destroy hordes of night creatures aiming to conquer the human race.
"Vampires: Los Muertos" will begin shooting on January 10th in locations in the city of Mexico and the state of Morelos for seven weeks. Actor Tim Guinee is the only actor from the first film who will repeat his role as a messenger from the Vatican to erradicate the vampires who desperately search for a cross (Brazer's cross) which would give them the power to defy sunlight.
Well there you have it locos and I know for sure that more news about this film will be poping-up during the time of the shooting, So I will either write about it on Latin-AICN or just like this one, so be alert if you want to know what's going on with this film...
Hey Cinejunkies, LOBO here just bringing you a little bit of what I've heard on the sequel to the movie "The Talented Mr. Ripley", we all know that in the first version of this film Tom Ripley got away with his plans and with the homicides, but this time he comes back a 20 years after of that trip to Europe and he is still doing things his way...
The character Tom Ripley comes back to the big screen, this time with the Actor JOHN MALKOVICH (The Talented Mr. Malcovich---sorry I couldn't resist) a guy that in my own opinion is perfect to play this character beacuse of his acting range, he can go from looking extremely evil to being the most charming guy in the world. This film based on the novel by Patricia Highsmith, John Malkovich will be playing the role of the psychopathic killer Tom Ripley 20 years older. This character as you all know was played by Matt Damon in the original version "The Talented Mr. Ripley" back in 1999. Now Tom Ripley comes back after being offended in a party by one of the guests and to take revenge he plans on framing the assesination of two mobsters on the men who offended him. This movie is named "Ripley's Game" directed by Liliana Cavani from Italy, this project will start filming sometime this month at several locations in Italy. We'll see what Ripley has for us this time and see how he get's away with his sickevil plans..I am sure our friends from Euro-AICN will report more on this subject since they have a closer eye and grasp on this one....Hasta la vista !!
