Hey folks, Harry here... Jane Goldman is a screenwriter, who you need to track to every film she's involved in and find she's a commonality to a whole bunch of consistent and reliable awesome. In the trailer for THE LIMEHOUSE GOLEM, they reference THE WOMAN IN BLACK she wrote, but there's so much more. From STARDUST to KICK-ASS to X-MEN: FIRST CLASS to THE WOMAN IN BLACK to KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE to MISS PEREGRINE'S HOME FOR PECULIAR CHILDREN to the uppcoming KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE - and of course this film THE LIMEHOUSE GOLEM - all carry her scripts. That right there is a gold standard of fucking awesome.
The cast in this features Bill Nighy in the lead, Eddie Marsan, Olivia Cooke and Douglass Booth. But just check out the look of the film:
The film has an upcoming release in the UK of September 1st, but as of yet there are no domestic plans in the United States. That must change!
