Luc Besson's JOAN OF ARC

Ok, we all heard that Luc Besson was going to be doing JOAN OF ARC next with Ms. "Bim badda boom" from Fifth Element wearing more than ace bandages. Most likely ARMOR. And while I don't want to seem too insane, who do I think I'm foolin', this poster image conjures memories of Excalibur for me. The John Boorman flick. Well, personally I would be excited to see Luc Besson direct cheese mold (shhh... in a live action Wallace and Gromit that is), but someone like Luc tackling JOAN OF ARC is very promising. I'm pretty partial to the Ingrid Bergman version, though I hold there is a lot of room to improve. And the grit on that sword below, tells me that Luc is (or at the very least the advertising department) thinking along a vicious level. Ahhhh speculative hell. Enough. What's the deal on this film. People of France, DIG DEEP, FIND OUT EVVVVERRRRY-THING!!! Given how well protected Fifth Element was, this script will be next to impossible to find.
