Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. The Russo's AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR promises to be the culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far, bringing in all the teams, heroes and villains that we know (and possibly some we don't yet) into the same fight. This has been the end game since Phase 1 and we're just now getting into it.
At this point it would be more newsworthy if a character we know ISN'T in this film, but still I get excited when I hear that Josh Brolin did a Facebook live Q&A and mentioned he was about to go film something with Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Benicio del Toro, thus telling the world that The Collector will be in Infinnity War.
This should make sense since we know Thanos is after them Infinity Stones and last we saw The Collector was holding one for safekeeping.
The word around the campfire is this coming Avengers film is about Thanos collecting the stones, which makes me think the mysterious unnamed Avengers sequel that's supposed to come on the heels of Infinity Wars will be the real showdown between every living onscreen Marvel character and Thanos with the power of the Infinity Gauntlet.
That doesn't mean great things for poor Vision since he's got one in his forehead. Don't imagine he'll be giving that up voluntarily.
I'm psyched to see what the Russos have in store. Everything we've loved for the past 8 years has been leading to this.
