Hey folks, Harry here... Love the notion of a full on mission movie set in the STAR WARS universe. I love films like WHERE EAGLES DARE, GUNS OF NAVARONE, INGLORIOUS BASTERDS, ALIENS... Where you have a team of folks going into the impossible scenario. Hell, I like it when there's not even guns and death and explosions all over - like in THE STING or PIMPERNAL SMITH. I also love that this particular film comes from the brillaint mind of John Knoll - VFX mastermind & innovator of our false reality of filters and photo manipulation. The images of K2SO whupping Stormtrooper ass Wookie style... well, on Election Day, I went to Target at purchased a giant K2SO because I knew Alan Tudyk provided the voice - and when I saw it, I thought... "I am a Leaf on the Wind!" - and I had to have K2SO, yes, I know it's a Wash line from SERENITY, but I definitely was feeling anxiety about how the election could turn out - and the Wash quote that the ROGUE ONE robot conjured was all I needed to simply have that wonderful Buddhist thoughtline powering me through the results, whatever they may be.
