UPDATE: So, I messed up and mistook Hellbound: Hellraiser II's Tony Randel for Clive Barker. Many apologies for the mistake. I've kept my screw up complete below for all to see and mock, but yes... this pic is of Pinhead with Randel during the making of Hellraiser II, which is actually my favorite Hellraiser movie, which makes me even more pissed at myself for messing up so badly.
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Our spooktacular series of horrific BTS images continues with this really sweet shot of one Mr. Clive Barker standing next to his most iconic creation, the evil cenobite known to most as Pinhead, played by Doug Bradley.
Barker wrote and directed Hellraiser and while I'll always have Stephen King's back in any popular horror fiction writer throwdown, I gotta give Barker credit here. He made a genuinely disturbing film and showed a talent for tone with this film that King couldn't quite nail himself with his own directorial outing Maximum Overdrive. That's not a diss. I think Maximum Overdrive is a fucking goofball masterpiece, but Hellraiser succeeded in actually being a horror film that got under your skin (before hanging you by it).
