This is just a really small brief little tidbit, but not having a clue what this building looks like or this particular area... it seems that Raimi and crew were definitely scouting this area... any chance a New York potential spy can swing by with their PeterParker and snap a few? Curious eyes like mine want to know. Here ya go...

just to let you know, I occasionally work down in the Wall street area of New York City.. what appeared to be a tourist group outside our building (10 Hanover Square intersecting with Pearl Street), was none other than Sam Raimi, and a small group of grips and location scouts/assistants. They were observing and making photographs and measurements of buildings in the area, particularly 10 Hanover, for quite some time.
Spider-Man may be swinging across the financial district before you know it!!
