Hey folks, Harry here and finally the SPY KIDS trailer has popped online. Just so you know, this is the TEASER trailer and Robert is really adamant about trying to keep the keyest coolest stuff underwraps... but I can point out some stuff that will be different in the final print. Right now, the jet pack scene with the girl... there is like no flames coming out. When I was last at Robert's house, I saw the flame plate as it was being worked on and the flames were pretty damn dynamic looking... and they had lighting elements all over those cave walls reacting to it... so at least on those jetpacks... that's a temp effect... that I know off. I imagine the second trailer will hit sometime in February. As for now.. here's the trailer:
Geeks At Large,
I saw the trailer for Spy Kids a couple of weeks ago in theaters and thought I'd take a second look at the movie's website, unfortunately, Dimension has yet to figure out the Internet. I suppose they finally had some sort of technical breakthrough because the trailer has been posted. You can download it in 3 glorious Quicktime sizes (the big one gets my endorsement).
Of course, it would be nice if they had the folks at Apple do this one, but hey, at least they have their hearts in the right place.

Also, the Spy Kids site itself has been updated and is noticeably faster than its previous incarnation. Back to fightin' crime...
