Hey folks, Harry here... and ol Thor sent this bolt of news our way via Entertainment Weekly... Now using The Absorbing Man as the character opposite the Hulk is not all that new in terms of the Feature film that Universal has been developing. Michael France first brought the Absorbing Man into the equation (along with the Leader according to COMING ATTRACTION's report they had back in early July)... but here it seems they've taken the Leader out of it. Bummer. Personally, I'd rather have the Absorbing Man held for an epic THOR film (which would be wonderful in the post-LORD OF THE RINGS world of Fantasy) and have the Leader and his mass of gigantic techno-wizardry hurled at the Hulk and mankind. BUT... one thing I am sure of... Bill Goldberg would make one helluva Crusher Creel... Here ya go...
The Hulks storyline has been released online thanks to Entertainment Weekly: it will be (obviously) an orign story, and it sounds something like this: "It will tell the tale of Dr. Bruce Banner, exposed to gamma rays and transformed into the Hulk, a creature of incredable strength. Chased around the country by the military (and General "Thunderbolt" Ross), he runs into a man named Crusher Creel, who can take on the properties of things he touches." Well thats it
