We’ve known for ages that Ben Affleck’s Bruce “The Batman” Wayne would be popping up for a moment in next week’s “Suicide Squad,” but now comes word that Ezra Miller’s Barry “The Flash” Allen will also make a “Suicide” appearance before moving on to “Justice League” and the “Flash” solo movie.
By my count that means Miller will get just as many DC movies as Affleck. (Or more if Affleck never gets around to directing his solo Batman movie.)
News of Miller’s “Suicide” appearance comes in the form of press notes distributed to critics ahead of screenings of the Will Smith actioner.
For the record, the movie due next week will contain an array of characters known in print for their heroism – not only Batman and Flash but also Rick Flag, Tatsu “Katana” Yamashiro and, arguably, Amanda Waller.
