Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Little Shop of Horrors is one of my happy place movies. It's one of the most easily rewatchable films of all time to me. I'm not kidding when I say I've run that Blu-Ray at least four times a year since it came out and I listen to the soundtrack all the time.
The tongue in cheek dark humor really tickles my funny bone and the music is just so damn good and catchy. It's a great flick and one of my favorites that I've introduced to my nephew. Showing him the alternate ending really blew his mind. He had no idea movies could even have downer endings before he saw that. He was almost angry that it was now a possibility that the good guys don't win in the end when he watches a movie from here on out.
Anyway, what we have here is a pretty sweet shot of Frank Oz standing with Audrey II, one of the most insane practical effects characters ever executed on screen.
