Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. One of the things that I love so much about Daniel Radcliffe as an actor is his committment to using his childhood celebrity to push off-kilter movies into being while all the while exploring different and difficult characters.
You can say what you want about the man, but he's always pushing himself as an actor, whether it's playing a farting corpse for the entire runtime of a movie or a young man working as an undercover informant with white supremacists.
Imperium looks to challenge Radcliffe with a character who seems to be dropped in the deep end without a lifeline, surrounded by real people with real evil on their minds. We'll see how it shakes out, but so far I dig the trailer and the premise.
