Hey folks, Harry here... and this is exciting... Variety is reporting:
Antonio Banderas is in talks to star in ``Fu Manchu,'' the next film from hot Spanish director Alex de la Iglesia.
Now, while I'm very excited about this... as Alex is an AMAZING DIRECTOR... and Banderas hooking up to play the good guy vs FU MANCHU is great... but in Variety they say his character will be known as NICK Smith... and well... I really prefer the character's original NAYLAND SMITH name... This would like having Steve Holmes fight Professor Moriarty. Sure the villain is more important... but it is a change that for us Sax Rohmer nuts... well we'll just love the new movie as well... heheheh... but that will always bug me. Here ya go....
