Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I was lucky enough to be at the premiere of Don't Breathe at SXSW this year. The film marks Fede Alvarez's follow up to his brutal Evil Dead remake. Love that film or hate it, I think you'll dig his original flick. It's well-shot, tense as hell and has a great threatening central performance from Stephen Lang as the blind, but not so helpless victim of a group of desperate robbers.
The trailer just hit and I'm going to advocate passing it up. It's poorly cut, for one, that shows a bunch of stuff seemingly at random without any real narrative other than showing us random bits and pieces. The big problem is all the scenes shown at random play much better in context.
My advice is to know that the movie's good, it's about some dumb kids that get in over their heads, Stephen Lang is creepy as hell in it, the movie comes out in August and go see it.
If you want to ignore that advice... well, that's your choice, man! The trailer is embedded for you folks below.
