SPOILERS! Tonight’s “Billions” is pretty much the funeral of Donny Caan festooned with enough flashbacks and flashforwards for two Tarantino movies. We learn, among many other things, that Axelrod’s office has science-fiction soundproofing. This episode also appears to be a game changer, as Rob Morrow’s character flies in very early on to tell Chuck that Chuck and the entire Southern Division of New York are now off the Axelrod prosecution.
