Tonight’s suspenseful, revelatory “Billions” begins with an FBI raid on a gay couple. Within six minutes Rhoades and Axelrod are face-to-face again, and soon after that Rhoades gets hold of something that was a major part of a prior episode. Rob Morrow, who also plays a lawyer on “The People V. O.J. Simpson,” returns. “When do we give them Camelot?” is the episode’s almost-last line.

“Once Upon A Time,” just renewed for next season, matched its all-time personal low last Sunday. It premiered with a 4.0 on Oct. 23, 2011.
Some 9.6 million Americans watched the “Downton Abbey” series finale, the most-watched “Downton” finale in history. “Walking Dead” garnered 12.8 million that night. “60 Minutes,” Sunday’s most-watched broadcast (irrespective of its key-demo score), was watched by 11.4 million.
