Anakin’s Ghost Is In THE ART
OF THE FORCE AWAKENS??

I am – Hercules!!

And the ghost apparently switches his face from Anakin Skywalker’s to Darth Vader’s.

Why were these images of the Ani/Darth ghost created?

Remember how Kylo asked Darth to show Kylo the power of The Dark Side “again.” Was Ben Solo’s granddad going to visit Kylo? Was he going to visit Rey, who may or may not be Vader’s granddaughter? Was he going to visit Luke? Did Luke originally have a much bigger role in VII? Are we going to see Hayden Christensen and James Earl Jones reprise the character in VIII and or IX?

Recall that a lot of time was spent on scripts for Epiosde VII. Before Disney hired J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, Lucasfilm hired “Little Miss Sunshine” screenwriter Michael Arndt, who still receives screenplay credit on what became “The Force Awakens.”

Ewan McGregor is briefly heard as Obi-Wan Kenobi during Rey’s intriguing “vision” sequence, so Lucasfilm clearly doesn’t think every element of The Prequel Trilogy is better left forgotten.

An interesting quote from concept artist Iain McCaig accompanies the Darth/Ani images:

“If we see Anakin Skywalker, because he does flow back and forth between Darth Vader and Anakin, let’s see him as a character with a dark and light side. The reason Luke is this whole new entity is because he was the first to acknowledge his own dark side — that it was not separate from him.”

Luke is a “whole new entity”??

Could somebody kindly post the Arndt script Lucas commissioned?
