I would say this is now a 10% rumor... meaning it has a 10% chance of being true.... with non-british productions... that is about the right ratio of truth. 1 out of 10.... is this one that 1? We'll see. If the rumor is true, then Aronofsky will be doing his untitled sci-fi film next instead of YEAR ONE.... and Boaz will be moving on the Dini/Burnett BATMAN BEYOND faster..... But that's if this is that one in 10. Here ya go...

BRIT NEWSPAPER "THE SUN" TODAY REPORTS THAT THE ROLE OF BATMAN HAS IN FACT BEEN HANDED OVER TO... KURT RUSSELL. YES, THAT'S KURT RUSSELL. AND GET THIS - THEY ALSO STATE THAT NOT ONLY WILL HE DON THE CAPE FOR THE NEW FILM, HE'LL ALSO LOSE IT FOR BATMAN BEYOND. APPARENTLY, HE WILL BE AGED BY MAKEUP SO THAT HE CAN APPEAR AS THE ELDERLY, PISSED OFF LOOKING BRUCE.
BULLSHIT OR NOT? I DUNNO. SOMETIMES THIS PAPER HITS THE NAIL ON THE HEAD, SOMETIMES THEY TALK TOTAL BOLLOCKS. SO I GUESS WE'LL JUST HAVE TO SEE.

Hey folks, Harry here... with nothing of real use here.... I just thought this was possibly the funniest damn thing I've ever read. George Clooney is seemingly officially too attractive for BATMAN. They need someone more like... I don't want to suggest anything cause... well... it is Warner Brothers... If anyone that was watching the UK's BIG BREAKFAST show can help clarify who said this, and what was CLEARLY said... I'm interested. As of now, I'm sure Clooney is somewhere laughing.....
