Mr Nope (a spy in the past with a new I.D.) came in with these two bits about Armageddon and Wild Wild West. Another source says that the Stage 30 stuff is Shanghai going kablooie, but at the same time I heard they had the wrap party. That was probably for principle photography, this is effects work. And the only thing that casts doubt on the below news is that it is on the Sony lot, not the Disney lot. Of course perhaps Disney ran out of space. Harry is jabbering too late in a foreign land folks. I gotta get some rest. Ta ta for now...
Just a brief bit of info from the Sony lot. Stage 30 is being used for an Armageddon re-shoot. They have opened up the tank in the floor, and are planning to flood it with water soon. They have built an asian looking boat with a metal structure underneath so it can move around once it's flooded, and there is a wooden dock built out over the tank. They are also building an asian style small building next to the dock, and have a few vendors carts being prepared. No word on what the scene is, or who's in it, but the stage is usually open during the day if anyone happens to be on the Sony lot and wants to take a peak.
Also on Sony, they are building sets for Wild Wild West. Stage 27 is a Bordello, with a few surrounding buildings. There is a ramp that bends down around the left side of the main building, and I was told that a horse pulling a carriage is going to run down that ramp during an action sequence. And over on stage 26 they are building another Wild Wild West set, but I have not heard what it is for.
