Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. If you would have told me a few weeks ago that I'd be legitimately excited for another semi-VOD New Orleans-shot Nicolas Cage thriller I probably woulda called you a nut bar. But it has happened.
The trailer for Pay the Ghost looks like my kind of low(ish) budget Cage paycheck movie. First, the events of the movie are kicked off around Halloween, my personal favorite holiday. It's a little known fact about me that I'll watch any movie that takes place on Halloween. That's one of my little film fetishes. I just adore seeing it on the screen.
Add into that Cage in his bewildered straight man exploring cult and/or supernatural forces mode searching for his his missing kid and this one's right up my alley.
