Hey there all you Gandalf-philes, Harry here with a really wonderful link I found on TheOneRing.Net that points you in the direction of the voice of Ian McKellen, who had just woke up as the phone rang, to answer a series of questions from ENTERTAINMENT TOMORROW via the miracle of modern satellite technology. And now, due to the wonders of the internet... all us good folks and can listen in on that conversation which... well, it's pretty cool. I love the way Ian explains simple things like how acting to the Balrog is nearly exactly the same as acting opposite anybody else on film... As usually, when you are acting directly in camera... The other actor is not there. hehehe... Real simple, but usually you hear people go on and on about the silly men with poles and ping pong balls... I find it refreshing to have it be simply placed as just part of the world of acting. Also, as always when dealing with Ian... check out his website... go buy a Ganda... ahem... Wizard shirt, giggle giggle... at McKellen.Com. Take care!
