The folks over at Legendary have posted two…I’m not sure what to call these…‘interactive trailers?’…for upcoming titles. Specifically, Duncan Jones’ WARCRAFT movie (due on screens June 10 of next year) and CRIMSON PEAK (October 16 of this year).
NOTE: these trailer embeds seem pretty-much tailored to work on the Chrome browser, which apparently affords them their actual interactivity.
The WARCRAFT reel is rather impressive…
…although this CRIMSON PEAK reel is a tad too dark/murky to be as effective as it probably could’ve been.
I love this kind of stuff. I hope projects like STAR TREK BEYOND and future STAR WARS pictures tease their films in a similar manner….
