The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration may be the most useless fucking thing ever created by man. Ratings for Adult Swim programming demonstrate that the DEA sucks up more than $2,000,000,000 OF OUR HARD-EARNED TAX DOLLARS ANNUALLY as its fat, overtime-sucking officers do an exceeding poor job of keeping contraband out of the United States. Illegal drugs are everywhere you look. (Also? The creation of contraband in the first place empowers a gang culture that endangers us all and ends tens of thousands of American lives annually.)
The second most useless thing in the world is Daylight Saving Time, which today needlessly causes us to use more electrical energy, makes us all cranky, and causes sleep-deprived Americans to get into more deadly automobile accidents than they would had Daylight Savings Time never been implemented.
Also, farmers want to get rid of it as much as the rest of us.
