Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. So you're telling me that there's a movie being made where Nic Cage and Elijah Wood are crooked cops trying to pull off a drug money heist in Vegas... and if that wasn't amazing-sounding enough you add in Jerry Lewis as CROOKED COP NICOLAS CAGE'S FATHER!?!
The movie is called The Trust and it's currently filming, so this thing is not just my own personal fever dream. It's real, I tells ya!
First time feature directors Ben and Alex Brewer helm. I don't know much at all about them, but they were able to secure Wood, Cage and Jerry Friggin' Lewis, so they must either know their shit or have a crap-ton of money to throw around. Either way, Lewis as Cage's dad is something I didn't realize I needed in my life until I heard this news. Thanks, Deadline!
