Does the “old friend” refer to Constable Bob?
It does. As the promo suggests, Raylan dispatches Bob to help with his Ava situation.
Does it look like this will be Bob’s only episode this season, what with Patton Oswalt so busy with “Agents of SHIELD” of late?

Take away our limited time with Bob and Limehouse and this episode honestly feels mostly like filler.
