Hey folks, Harry here... I've been watching the TOMORROWLAND teaser a bit. And I know, there's not a terrible lot of new in there, but it did have that web address... remember, take me to TomorrowLand . Com, well, I went over there and they have the same SUPER BOWL Spot that we all saw, only this time, in the TOMORROWLAND (future world) sequences the BUTTON shows up, and when you press it, you see shots glimpsed in the trailer but in a higher level of detail - and as I was scrolling through the third push of the button... I came across these:
You see that floating ring ship there? That's a ship meant for Superluminal Travel... It's based upon The Alcubierre Drive, it's the actual thing that NASA is actively developing. That ring is suppose to create a bubble in Space Time that may be able to propel the ship at unfathomable speeds. Like in Star Trek. What is this movie?!?!?
That's a little about the Interstellar Concept Vehicle that NASA's thinking of. I mean, right now... visually - we don't know a terrible lot about TOMORROWLAND. These could be just things in the background left unexplored. Like the Jetpacks we see. We still really have no concept of the thrust of the tale. But, I get terribly excited seeing a ship that's very much designed upon the very real concepts of a real Alcubierre Drive.
Of course, there's also that Rocket looking thing that took off all Flash Gordon-y. I'm really curious about this flick, aren't you?
Then there's this SKYSCRAPER sized Machine that is generating some kind of Energy Field... that might be another "gateway" to another possibility, be cool to take a jetpack trip somewhere exotic through something like that.
