Joe Lynch's Holiday-set EVERLY is heading your way next month, and now you can check out the trailer. Hayek stars as a call girl who turns informant on her gangster boss. He discovers her betrayal, and, obviously pissed, puts a contract out on her head. Everly now has to defend herself against pretty much every assassin out there, as they come pouring through every door and window, seeking her out to collect the bounty.
The film received rather mixed reviews at Fantastic Fest, but the trailer really makes it look like a fun ride. Hayek is never short on targets as the hitmen/hit women keep coming, painting the picture of a batshit crazy action flick.
EVERLY hits VOD on January 23rd, and will be in theaters on February 27th. What do you guys think?
