As we speak, Kranix the grand tormentor is bring a gigantic Chocolate CheeseCake on this, the first day of the diet. Vile tempter of the stomach! How dare he bring forth out of the pit of Houston this glorius... oh so glorius tasty of tasties. Has he no shame. Father Geek, who also decided to diet, is in a furor. Steaming over the calories that would have been. I have plotted to have the wretched preciousness intercepted from Father Geek by my Sister Satan, who will guard it from Father, till RoRo arrives, then it will be time for RoboGeek, Glen and RoRo to devour the substance. Oh, by the way, the scoop is about HALLOWEEN 7!!!!
Kranix here again with some more horror scoop. BTW thanks for helping me out with that nagging question. I'll see you tomorrow with the cheesecake.
HALLOWEEN 7 began filming on February the 18th. Jamie Lee Curtis is filming scenes on the 18th and 19th. Casting is complete. JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT will appear in HALLOWEEN 7. His credits include the hit TV show 3RD ROCK FROM THE SUN. JOSH HARTNETT, from the television show CRACKER, has been cast in the role ofLaurie Strode's son Mick. JODI LYN O'KEEFE who has appeared as Cassidy Bridges in the television show NASH BRIDGES and also on the soap opera ANOTHER WORLD. TONY BRANDON WILLIAMS, CLAUDIA LARISSA MILLER, and EMILEE THOMPSON are also among the cast. The last two are shooting scenes at a "rest stop" on the first day of filming.
Michelle Williams, from the new WB television show, DAWSON'S CREEK, has been cast in the role of "Molly." She has also recently appeared in SPECIES and A THOUSAND ACRES. Information has been released that Jamie Lee Curtis' character will have two names...Laurie Strode and Keri Tate. As for the Shape, the role goes to stuntman CHRIS DURAND. His credits include DEMOLITION MAN, THE CROW, and LAST MAN STANDING. It also looks likeJamie Lee Curtis won't be the only alumni returning for HALLOWEEN 7.NANCY STEPHENS will be back as Marion Chambers. And, in my humble opinion, the most exciting casting news...Charles S. Dutton, of the television show ROC, has been cast in the role of "the detective."Producer Paul Freeman says no work has been completed on theShape's mask yet, but the production company is going for a look "closer to 1 and 2." A few more rumors can be dispelled - Robert Forster has not read for any parts yet. The budget is nowhere near $60 million, and Danny Elfman is not attached to the project. It is still set to be unleashed upon the public this Halloween, with teaser trailers out by late spring/early summer.
