Jack Coleman, who played Noah Bennet (adoptive father to Wolverine-ish cheerleader Claire), will reprise the role in Tim Kring’s sequel miniseries “Heroes Reborn.”
Bennet worked for a shadowy organization (deceptively called The Primatech Paper Company) that dealt with superpowered individuals.
The character was central to the episode “Company Man,” the first-season episode scripted by Bryan Fuller (“Pushing Daisies,” “Hannibal”) many regard as the series’ best.
Sadly there’s no word about the busy Fuller rejoining the series during his “Hannibal” hiatus.
Coleman is the first cast member set for the new series, which is expected to follow a whole bunch of new superpowered characters.
It's expected to hit NBC next year.
