In anticipation of its French opening, as well as its upcoming presence at the Berlin Film Festival, a new trailer has been released for Christophe Gans' take on the classic fable, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.
Gans (BROTHERHOOD OF THE WOLF, SILENT HILL) is definitely not shying away from the story's origins and seems to be playing it pretty traditional with the material, but this new footage shows just how magical that can be. This trailer highlights more of the fantastic nature of the story itself, in addition to the classic love story of the pretty lady and the ugly creature with the heart of gold. This is the biggest production Gans has worked with to date, and it seems he is making good use of his resources, delivering a film that is both gorgeous and imaginative.
